Information for clients who are considering using Riviera rentals

• At Riviera rentals we are totally dedicated to you having the highest quality accommodation and the best possible holiday - We aim to make sure that all clients find the most suitable accommodation for their needs and have a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in Nice and the surrounding areas.
  
• We personally know all our properties so you can ask any specific questions if not supplied in the property details for example; whether it is suitable for elderly/children? Do you need a car? What are bedroom layouts? What and where are the local amenities and transport? Before making your choice we would like you to be totally satisfied and content that you have chosen the most suitable property.
  
• To reserve the property we take a 30% payment of the total rental price – this can be paid by credit/debit card – The balance of 70% is payable on arrival (cash/euros) after you have met us and seen the property (we will give you a receipt for this payment).
  
• On reservation we will send you a booking confirmation contract and a detailed map of how to get to the property on arrival.
  
• During high season generally our bookings are Saturday-Saturday– Booking in times are between 2pm - 6pm and booking out times between 10am-12 noon - more specific times will be agreed prior to your holiday – this allows us to professionally clean each property prior to your arrival.
  
• During low/mid season we can generally be more flexible in our arrival and departure dates and times.
  
• We will meet you outside the front door of your property upon entry we will show you all the usage issues of the property i.e. entry codes, extra hot water, how ovens/machines work.
  
  We will tell you about local amenities and recommend areas to explore i.e. restaurants, museums, transport links.
  
• Each property has detailed information on Nice and surrounding areas.
  
• All our properties are fully furnished and equipped.
  
  All our properties come with clean sheets fitted and a supply of towels (not beach towels).
• We are a fully registered and insured French property rental agent 'Carte professionnelle number 2298G' and we are supported by FNAIM.
  
• We are on call 24 hours a day for any issues/emergencies that may (but hopefully not) arise.
  
• At the end of your holiday we will meet you at the property to book you out (between 10am-12noon with specific times to be agreed)
